My portfolio as a whole is a representation of my personal and professional development. It takes the reader through a journey of my life highlighting my education, achievements, certificates, and community involvement, but it is much more than that. The reader learns about my experiences and my passions, all the contributing factors as to why I want to become a social service worker. 

 

As indicated under my interests’ tab, I am an avid learner focusing on my passion for helping children in foster care. Also indicated under education, I am currently enrolled in the social service worker program at Georgian College. Likewise, I have completed numerous webinars educating me on important topics related to social services including but not limited to violence, TBIs, trauma, and Indigenous peoples located under certificates.
